Diet is not necessary to eat less tasty. With a choice of salmon fillet, you can keep your calorie intake to stay healthy. 
 
Meat spreads:
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Olive oil to taste
rosemary to taste
Thyme leaves to taste

Grilled Salmon Ingredients:
200 g of salmon meat
100 g French fries
100 grams of vegetables, like carrots, green beans, onions and sweet corn.
1 bottle of barbecue sauce

How to fillet salmon:
- Apply a layer of the salmon meat and let a little leak
- Preheat the grill meat.
- While waiting for the hot grill, steamed vegetables, on the side.
- Beef and grilled salmon that has been flavored, bake for 10 minutes.
- Lift the salmon flesh and place in the heat-resistant bowl and serve with vegetables and fries.
- Cover with barbecue sauce.
